Thank you for shopping at Packed 2 Go. Our online shop provides handy meal packing solutions from made of high quality materials.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Need a different colour or style? Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and we'll exchange any unused and undamaged product in original packaging. Please note you are responsible for any required shipping costs on exchanged items.
Contact customer service at our website via email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return address and return the purchase. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
